What you will see
- One parallel unit shows a warning and stops
- Fault 60, 80 or 81
- Output phase loss on a three-phase parallel set
Why it happens
Parallel units must share the same settings and be wired correctly. A loose communication cable or one unit switched off breaks the set.
Fault 60 can also appear if the AC output is connected back to the grid input.
Parallel units must match
What you can check yourself
- Check all units are switched on
- Note which unit shows the code
What not to do
- Do not change parallel settings or rewire yourself
When to call us
- Check parallel and current-sharing cables
- Match settings across all units
- Check neutrals and output wiring
Larger off-grid systems
Shops, clinics and farms in Punjab often run SPF units in parallel. We check and set up parallel systems in Faisalabad and Lahore.
