Why it happens

LONGi’s limited warranty separates product coverage from performance coverage and defines conditions for each. Performance coverage concerns specified module output criteria, rather than guaranteeing a property’s annual energy yield or electricity savings.

A product concern and a performance concern may require different evidence. The manufacturer may need module identification, photographs, installation history or appropriate testing, depending on the claim.

Ask the supplier to identify the relevant document and explain the claim route. The headline duration alone does not establish the remedy, exclusions or responsibility for associated work.
