Solar pump size for your land
What size solar pump do I need for my land?
Short answer
It depends on three things: the pump's horsepower, the depth of the water table or bore, and how much water your crops need each day. Send us the motor HP, the bore depth and your acreage. We will size the panels and the inverter, and design an elevated structure if one is needed.
More detail
Also tell us whether you run the pump all day or only at set hours, and whether you want grid or generator backup for cloudy days. A pump inverter (VFD) also starts the motor gently. Solar tubewell and water pump
