Can a SolaX on-grid inverter limit export while net billing is pending?

Short answer

Yes. With a meter connected, the installer can set Export Control on SolaX X3 inverters, from full export down to zero. If the meter is fitted the wrong way, the inverter shows IE 01 and the installer can enable meter reverse.

Once net billing is approved by FESCO or LESCO, the limit can be raised.
