Which batteries work with a Solis hybrid?

Short answer

Solis S6-EH1P-L hybrids take low-voltage lithium or lead-acid batteries. Lithium needs a CAN link to the battery's BMS and the correct battery brand selected in the inverter; otherwise you get CAN Fail or BatName-FAIL.

Some batteries need a special communication cable from the battery maker. A matching voltage alone does not make a battery compatible.
