Before buying, confirm the exact model, its documentation and warranty terms, that the battery appears on your inverter manufacturer’s approved list, who commissions it, and who supports it afterwards — including how faults are diagnosed and how long spares and replacements are available in Pakistan.
Most of what decides whether a battery purchase goes well is settled before you pay. Six checks cover it, and they work the same whether you are in Lahore, Faisalabad or anywhere else in Punjab.
A battery is the most expensive single component in most hybrid solar systems and the one most likely to be substituted for something cheaper between quotation and delivery. These checks make that difficult, and they cost you nothing but a conversation.
A named manufacturer, a model that appears in their published range, and a serial number on the delivered unit that matches your paperwork.
The datasheet, installation manual and the safety test certificates the manufacturer publishes for that exact model — supplied to you, not just described.
The exact battery model with the exact inverter model, in the manufacturers' compatibility documentation, including firmware conditions and the number of units.
Named, qualified people with experience of this equipment — and a commissioning process whose results you will receive.
Location, clearances, cable sizing and circuit protection as the manual requires, not as the site happens to allow.
Warranty duration and conditions, who honours the product warranty in Pakistan, what the installation warranty covers, and how you report a fault.
Any one check can be satisfied by a good salesperson. Taken together they describe a complete supply: a genuine product, documented, approved for the inverter it will run with, installed and verified by people who will still be reachable later. Judge the system, not the battery in isolation.
