What you will see

Why it happens
Lint and fine dust from spinning, weaving and processing units drift onto nearby roofs. Lint traps more dust and holds moisture, forming a layer that rain rarely clears on its own.

- Wash with plain water and a soft brush, early or late in the day.
- Clear lint from under and around the array as part of cleaning.
What not to do
- Do not use compressed air or leaf blowers near connectors and junction boxes.
- Do not let lint build up around the inverter vents.
