Why it happens
If a string's plus and minus are swapped, the inverter refuses it to avoid damage.

What you can check yourself
- Note the code and any recent work on panels
What not to do
- Do not switch the DC switch off or pull connectors while current is flowing
- Do not swap cables yourself

- Check other strings before restart
