How does a Fronus Genki hybrid handle overload on backup?

Short answer

The Genki reports backup overload in steps: 1.05, 1.25 and 1.5 times its rating. If overload continues it locks itself (EPS_OVERLOAD_LOCK) and needs heavy loads off and a restart.

Keep ACs, irons and pumps off the backup circuit unless the system is sized for them.
