What you will see

  • F01 or F09 during load-shedding
  • F01 while the rest of the house has power

Why it happens

On-grid GoodWe inverters (DNS, XS, MS, SDT) must stop when the grid is off. Only a hybrid such as ES or ET with a battery and backup wiring keeps selected loads on.

If the grid is present, the inverter is not receiving it: a tripped breaker or disconnected AC line.

What you can check yourself

  • Check whether the house has grid power
  • Check the inverter's AC breaker is ON
  • Wait a few minutes after the grid returns

What not to do

  • Do not bypass anything to run an on-grid inverter in load-shedding

When to call us

  • Check AC line and switch
  • Advise on a hybrid upgrade for backup

Load-shedding

On-grid GoodWe systems in Faisalabad and Lahore show F01 every outage. We can survey for a hybrid upgrade if you need backup.
