What you will see
- Grid is on but the inverter runs on battery
- Input voltage shows 0 on the screen
- Green light flashing
Why it happens
With Solar First or Battery First priority, the SPF deliberately uses solar and battery before the grid.
If input voltage is 0, the AC input is not reaching the inverter, often a tripped breaker.
Thin or long input cables and unstable generators can make the SPF reject the supply.
