SOFAR hybrid shows Low battery (ID124, ID158) or Battery prohibition discharge (ID125)

Short answer

ID158 is a low battery voltage warning and ID124 means the battery has reached low voltage and the SOFAR hybrid has shut down discharge. ID125 means discharge is blocked to protect the battery. This is protection after a long outage or heavy use, not a fault. The battery needs to recharge.

Why it happens

Deep discharge damages batteries, so the inverter stops at a reserve level and waits for a recharge from solar or grid.
