For equipment we supplied, we handle claims with Primax's Pakistan distributor. For systems we install, our own engineers handle after-sales. We target sending service personnel within 48 hours of a complaint being registered; final fault clearance depends on the fault, parts and manufacturer involvement. Our installations also include a 1-year service warranty under the applicable project terms and a 3-year structure warranty.
