A note on small models. Our full installations start at about 6 kW; we also supply 3 to 4 kW inverters on a supply-only basis. If you are looking at a 3 or 4 kW Inverex inverter, it is worth checking your real load first: many homes that start small run short of power within a year once an AC or water pump is added. Inverex Nitrox 6 kW: the most searched model
The Nitrox 6 kW hybrid is one of the most common inverters in Punjab homes. It runs the house on solar first, charges a battery with surplus power, and uses the grid when needed. It can start without a battery and take one later.
Points to check before you buy:
- The exact Nitrox version. There are several variants around the 6 kW rating with different PV input limits.
- How many panels it can take. The PV input limit decides your maximum panel count.

Warranty, service centre and customer care
Many people search for "Inverex service center" or "Inverex customer care". Here is how support works in practice.
Manufacturer warranty. Every Inverex inverter carries the manufacturer's own warranty. Nitrox carries a 5-year manufacturer's warranty; terms for each product are listed on your quotation. Warranty claims for the inverter itself are handled through Inverex's own service network, under Inverex's terms.
Our installations. If Solar Works Pakistan installed your system, call us first. Our own engineering staff check the whole system, including wiring, breakers, battery settings and panels, because many apparent "inverter faults" are actually a setting, a tripped breaker or a battery issue. We target sending service personnel within 48 hours of a complaint being registered. Final fault clearance can take longer depending on the fault, spare parts and manufacturer involvement. Where an inverter we supplied needs a warranty claim, we handle it with Inverex's Pakistan distributor for you.
Our service warranty. Systems we install come with a 1-year service warranty under the applicable project terms, and a 3-year warranty on the structures we design and build.
Inverters installed by others. For an Inverex inverter we did not install, the manufacturer's service network is the right first contact for warranty claims.

- Note the serial number and keep it with your invoice.
