540, 545 and 550 Watt Solar Panel Price in Pakistan
Short answer
540, 545 and 550 watt solar panels are now out of stock in Pakistan. They were mostly older P-type mono PERC designs, and every class below 615 W has been discontinued. Today's replacements are 615 W and larger N-type panels, which handle heat better and need fewer plates per kW. For today's rate, WhatsApp 0336 666 4321.

LONGi 545 watt panels
The LONGi 545 W panel, mostly from the Hi-MO 5 mono PERC line, was one of the most installed solar plates in Pakistan for several years. It is no longer stocked. If you see one offered today, check whether it has been stored for a long time, that the serial numbers verify with the manufacturer (see how to check genuine solar panels), and that the warranty document matches the exact model.
540–550 W vs today's 615 W+ panels
Panels needed for a 10 kW system
540–550 W, P-type PERC
615 W+, N-type
| Point | 540–550 W (mostly P-type PERC) | 615 W+ (N-type) |
|---|---|---|
| Availability | Out of stock | Readily available |
| Power per panel | Lower | Higher, so fewer plates per kW |
| Heat performance | Loses a little more output in hot weather | Usually loses less in heat |
| Long-term degradation | Usually somewhat faster | Usually slower |
| Panel size | Standard full-size format | Longer and heavier; structure must suit it |

Already have 540–550 W panels? Adding new ones
- Do not mix them in the same string. Mixing wattages in one string is not recommended; only panels 5–10 W apart can be combined, and only if absolutely necessary. A 615 W panel next to a 545 W panel wastes the new panel's extra power.
- Use a separate string on a separate MPPT input for the new 615 W+ panels. The diagram in our 585 watt panel guide shows the layout.
- Check the inverter. It needs a free MPPT input and enough PV input capacity. See the solar inverter price in Pakistan.
- Net metering users: adding capacity after 9 February 2026 can move you to net billing. Read the net metering and net billing guide first.
Replacing one broken 545 W panel? A same-model spare may be hard to find; if none is available, we re-arrange the string or move those panels to their own string with new 615 W+ panels. Send us a photo of the panel label on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
What is the 540 watt solar panel price in Pakistan today?
540 W panels are out of stock, like every class below 615 W. Their replacements are 615 W and larger N-type panels; WhatsApp 0336 666 4321 for today's rate.
What is the 550 watt solar panel price in Pakistan?
The 550 W panel is no longer stocked. Compare today's 615 W+ panels per watt instead.
Are 545 W and 550 W panels P-type or N-type?
Most 540–550 W panels sold in Pakistan were P-type mono PERC. Check the datasheet for an exact model.
Can I add new 615 W panels to my old 545 W system?
Yes, but not in the same string. The new panels go on a separate string and MPPT input, and the inverter must have spare capacity. Our engineers check this on site.
Is the LONGi 545 W panel still available?
No, it is out of stock. Any 545 W panel still offered is old stock; verify the serial numbers and manufacturing date before buying.
