What you will see

Why it happens
Inverters, batteries and monitoring dongles all run firmware. A bug, an interrupted update or a mismatch between inverter and battery firmware versions can produce false alarms or odd behaviour.
Updates are released by the manufacturer and should be applied by an installer who has checked they suit your exact model and battery.
What you can check yourself
- Note when the behaviour started and whether an update notice appeared around then.
- Photograph the firmware version shown in the app or on the settings screen, if your model shows it.
- Check whether the system is actually producing power despite the code.
What not to do
- Do not download firmware from unofficial sources or forums.
- Do not interrupt an update in progress by switching off power.
