What you will see

  • NO-Grid during load-shedding
  • NO-Grid while the rest of the house has power

Why it happens

On-grid inverters must stop when the grid disappears. Only a hybrid such as S6-EH1P with a battery and backup wiring keeps selected loads on.

If the grid is present, the inverter is not receiving it: a tripped breaker or a loose AC connection.

What you can check yourself

  • Check whether the house has grid power
  • Check the inverter's AC breaker is ON
  • Restart once if the grid is on and the alarm stays

What not to do

  • Do not bypass anything to run an on-grid inverter in load-shedding

When to call us

  • Check the AC cable and breaker
  • Advise on a hybrid upgrade for backup

Load-shedding

On-grid Solis systems across Faisalabad and Lahore show NO-Grid every outage. We can survey for a hybrid upgrade.
