What you will see

Why it happens
Motors and compressors draw a big surge when starting. Added to everything else on backup, it can exceed the hybrid's rating.
A short circuit in a backup circuit or wrong wiring on the LOAD port triggers ID094.

What you can check yourself
- Note which appliance started when backup dropped
- Switch off heavy loads during load-shedding

- Do not keep restarting the same heavy load
- Do not connect grid wiring to the LOAD port
