This table is for the Sineng SN50PT and SN60PT (SN series) three phase on-grid inverters and comes from Sineng's SN series user manual. Other Sineng models may use different numbers, so check your own manual.

Sineng safe owner checks

  • Note the alarm number, its name and the time.
  • During load-shedding, "No mains" is normal. It clears when the supply returns.
  • Check that nothing is blocking airflow around the inverter.
  • Check the app for how often the alarm repeats.

When to call an engineer

  • Alarms 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 39, 40 or 41: these are wiring, earthing or panel side checks for an engineer only.
  • Alarms 21, 24 or 33 that return after a restart: usually a manufacturer case.
  • Grid voltage or frequency alarms that happen every day.

Commercial systems in Punjab

We check commercial on-grid systems in Faisalabad, Lahore and across Punjab, including the AC cable run and earthing.
