After-sales support comes from our own engineering staff. Once a complaint is registered, we target sending service personnel within 48 hours to begin diagnosis. Distance and spare-parts availability can affect how long the final fix takes, and we will be straight with you about that.

IESCO and net billing in Rawalpindi

IESCO is the distribution company (DISCO) for Rawalpindi. The net billing rules it applies come from NEPRA and are the same nationally. From our net metering and net billing guide:

• Net metering closed to new applicants on 9 February 2026. New connections come under net billing. Imports are billed at your normal tariff; exports are credited at the national average energy purchase price, reported at about Rs 10-11 per unit when the rules were notified.
• Existing agreements keep their terms until they expire. Changing system capacity can move you to net billing.
• Size limit. Solar capacity cannot exceed your sanctioned load.
• Three-phase. Net billing is available to three-phase 400 V or 11 kV consumers.
• Approval. Systems up to 25 kW are approved by the DISCO, with no NEPRA licence fee. Larger systems pay a one-time Rs 1,000 per kW to NEPRA.
• Transformer limit. New applications are refused once connected solar on a transformer reaches 80% of its rating.
