We have no other offices: our own engineering and installation teams travel from Faisalabad and Lahore to survey, design and install across the province. Why the DISCO matters
NEPRA's net billing rules apply in the same way across Punjab, but each DISCO handles its own applications, meters and inspections. FESCO, LESCO, GEPCO, MEPCO and IESCO each have their own office procedures. Where a district sits on a DISCO boundary, check your bill before you plan the paperwork.

How site surveys work outside Faisalabad and Lahore
Distance changes the logistics, not the standard of work. The steps are the same in every city:
- Send your details on WhatsApp. Twelve months of electricity bills, a few roof photos, your town and the loads you want on backup. Factories should add motor ratings, shift times and generator details.
- Remote review. An engineer checks your units, sanctioned load and phase, and gives an indicative size. You can also try our solar calculator first.
- Site survey. Our engineer visits to measure the roof, check shading, the DB, earthing and cable routes. Surveys are normally free. We group visits by area where we can. See what happens during a free solar site survey.
- In-house design and detailed BOQ. Brand, model, quantity and warranty for every item. Travel and transport for distant sites are shown as a separate line, so you can see what distance adds.
- Installation by our own team, followed by testing, safe commissioning and handover. Small projects are normally completed in about one week, subject to payment, equipment availability and site readiness. Larger projects follow a project-specific schedule.
After-sales across Punjab
Once a complaint is registered, we target sending service personnel within 48 hours to begin diagnosis. That is a target to start work, not a promise of a fix: distance, spare parts and manufacturer involvement can affect how long the final repair takes. Remote monitoring, where the equipment supports it, lets our engineers look at many faults before travelling. Details are in how after-sales service works.
Our own warranties are a 3-year structure warranty and a 1-year service warranty under the applicable project terms. Panels, inverters and batteries carry the manufacturer's warranty per product.

How do I know which DISCO supplies my home?
The company name is printed at the top of your electricity bill. Some districts sit on a boundary, such as Okara and Pakpattan, so always check the bill rather than the district name.
